Feed mechanism
The X-axis skateboard is guided by dovetail guideways, with shims used to adjust for wear; the Z-axis employs a combination of crowned and flat guideways, balancing load-carrying capacity and guiding accuracy. Through precision machining and manual lapping, stringent requirements for positioning accuracy, fit-up, and motion performance are met. With precise transmission, accurate feed control, thorough lubrication, and robust protection, the system achieves micrometer-level coordinated feed accuracy and delivers long-term, stable, and reliable operation.
