  Feed mechanism

  The X-axis skateboard is guided by dovetail guideways, with shims used to adjust for wear; the Z-axis employs a combination of crowned and flat guideways, balancing load-carrying capacity and guiding accuracy. Through precision machining and manual lapping, stringent requirements for positioning accuracy, fit-up, and motion performance are met.
