Major components such as the bed, worktable, column, crossbeam, saddle, and ram (spindle head) are all made of high-quality cast iron and have undergone stress-relief treatment. They are designed using FEM finite-element analysis to achieve maximum rigidity. The bed features a closed box-type structure with strategically placed stiffening ribs and multi-point support, ensuring sufficient machine-tool stiffness.
