1. Accounting or a related major;
2. Proactive, meticulous, prudent, and highly responsible;
3. Possesses strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills, as well as a strong team spirit;
4. Proficient in financial software;
5. Proficient in operating office automation equipment;
6. Obtain the Certificate of Accounting Practice.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for tax filing procedures, submitting truthful and accurate financial statements to company management on time to fully reflect the financial position, and conducting quarterly financial analysis;
2. In accordance with the prescribed scope and standards for cost and expense expenditures, review the legality, reasonableness, and authenticity of primary vouchers, and verify that the expense approval procedures comply with company regulations.
3. Responsible for accounting processing, with particular emphasis on the timely settlement and collection of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other intercompany balances;
4. Conduct regular physical inventories of fixed assets, low-value consumables, and other property items to ensure that book records match actual holdings; promptly address any discrepancies found; and accurately accrue depreciation expenses.
